Return Policy

1. Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Please include the purchase receipt or invoice with the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or special order items
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless there is a quality issue)
  • Used or damaged items

3. Return Process

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Please first contact our customer service team at sale@chinapushbuttonswitches.comto explain the reason for the return and provide your order information.
  2. Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the Product: Return the product along with the RMA number and purchase receipt to our designated return address. Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to other reasons, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible returns will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the time it takes to receive the refund will depend on your bank or payment platform.

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, please first return the original item following the return process above. After we receive and confirm the returned product, we will send out the new item.

The processing time for exchanges is the same as for returns.
